The Musician Development Program exists to strengthen and support the musicians of CCCC. We believe God has entrusted each of us with gifts meant to glorify Him and to build up His church, and this program is designed to help refine and grow those gifts.

Through intentional coaching, hands-on training, and practical resources, we will work to refine the gifts God has given us in order to serve christ and his church.

Our vision is to see musicians fully equipped and able to serve the church with an undistracting excellence in order for the church to be able to passionately and expressively worship jesus through song in each of our gatherings. The Musician Development Program is an investment in both craft and calling, shaping leaders who will faithfully steward their gifts and lift high the name of Jesus through music.
